DIY Clothing Rack
I was excited when I thought of the idea of building my own clothing rack for the Holiday House. I new it would be simple and cheap made from PVC pipe. I headed to Lowes cause it was made just for women. 2 men helped me out and cut everything for me. It was awesome!
So for about $7-$8 I made thie awesome clothing rack that really came in handy at the boutique.
Here are the supplies you will need
(2) 3/4 inch PVC cut at 3 ft each totaling 6ft (for the top and middle rack)
(2) 3/4 inch PVC at 2 ft each (4 ft total) for the top half of the legs from the top to the middle racks
(2) 3/4 inch PVC 3ft each (6ft total) for the legs from middle rack to the feet
Each foot totals 2 feet. This was the amount of PVC left over after cutting all the big peices.
(2) 90 degree elbows 3/4 inch
(4) T's 3/4 inch
Spray paint :)
See? there it is! It was so nice with all the clothing I had that I didn't have to unfold a bunch of stuff and constantly be refolding items. I want to make another one for the other side :)

The Cottage & The Holiday House Holiday Boutiques
I was so glad to be apart of two awesome holiday boutiques this week. Lots of hard work went to preparing for these two shows and I am so glad I did. It was a success and I met lots of great people along with reuniting with vendors from last year.
My table at The Cottage. I was able to set up Emmett's Fight shirts. Sold some and told his sweet story!
Lissa's Lil Boutique of diaper wipe cases (LOOOVE), boy's ties and jewelry. Here is her sweet son, Brock sporting one of her ties. So cute!
Fresh Baked Cinnamon Rolls By Tiffany Roberston
Roasted Cinnamon Almonds. YUM! They smelled through out the entire house. It smelled like Christmas!
The Holiday House
my Table at The HOliday House! I enjoyed so much making my display. I built a clothing rack because I had a smaller table and it turned out to be awesome! I had so many clothes that it was nice for customers to sift through easier without messing up the display.
okay seriously? Look at this display! These are lace accessories. Each item is made of some sort of lace. Earings, crowns, headbands, necklaces, bib necklaces, wrist cuffs. All so beautifully vintage! This was my absolute favorite booth besides.....
The Apple Avenue (below)
This table was amazing! Beautiful rustic Christmas decor and her beautiful Hair accessories and Necklaces. Janea is so stinkin cute. My little Pia was even her model for a photo shoot for the hair accessories :)
OK Look at those wreaths!!! Everything! Totally inspired my holiday decor crafting!
Now here comes my next favorite part. The Food! So Dezzi made frozen cookie dough already in little balls packaged ready to thaw and back, then her fudge! HOLY COW. Then also in teh Kitchen Arlena had soups, breads, dips, syrups and Tamales! I wish I had a picture of all her jars. I bought a bunch of food from her. I love that she makes stuff that can be stored as food storage. Who said you had to eat chef boyardee?
All in all business was fantastic. Between juggling the two shows, it was amazing. I look forward to spending time with the cute people I met the previous year, networking, getting ideas, and having complete me time dedicated to my business. Sales are amazing and I wouldn't change it for the world. All the hard work, time and $ I spend getting ready for these shows is totally worth it. Thanks to all you came out and supported me and the other vendors. We really appreciate it. If it weren't for you amazing customers/friends/followers, handmade items wouldn't be as awesome as they are in our time. I am thankful I can sew for my kids. My mom did it for me, and now I can do it for my kids.

DIY apothecary jars
This has to be one of the most clever things I have seen. Thanks to Pinterest I saw this and I immediately started this project. I acquired done jars from friends since I only had two on hand. I went to Joann's and got wooden knobs and metallic spray paint and voila! I have cute storage for my little things.
